I see that it is forbidden to state the name of G-d yet ELohim clearly tells Mosheh to tell the people of Israel to tell them His name is Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh and in fact repeats it twice. Ex 3:15 Where does it state in scripture the name of Elohim is forbidden to be uttered?
